cigarette smell shabby furniture
the staff member was really friendly and helpful the room was nice and overall we were very happy with our stay

I found the rooms consistently clean and the bathroom areas were very well kept. Bedding and towels were soft, clean and fresh (which I really appreciated!). The staff were always friendly and helpful .
The location is a bit further out from the main attractions.

Handy Location and Friendly Service
friendly staff clean hotel
I appreciate the friendly staff. They were very accommodating and the hotel was clean. I could leave my car on site and this helped a lot. Parking is difficult around this area.
I noticed rubbish from previous people under the bed. The kettle looked rusty and I decided against using it. This issue affected my overall impression.

The location was very useful as it was near ashton gate stadium. i arrived early and could leave my car on site. This helped me a lot because parking is difficult around this area. the staff i met proved friendly and accommodating.
